Brad Young & Associates (BYA) is a privately held structural engineering firm located in central California, that was founded by Brad Young in 2001.

BYA was initially established to provide structural engineering services to local commercial developer clients.  Early on, BYA completed hundreds of office and retail buildings, multi-building complexes, and shopping centers all throughout the West Coast.  After a couple of years in business, BYA responded to the demand from our clients to expand our services nationwide.

BYA now holds professional engineering licenses in all 50 United States, Guam, Washington DC, and six Canadian Provinces/Territories of Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Ontario, and Yukon Territory.  BYA provides structural engineering services on projects that are diverse, challenging, and always with time-sensitive schedules.  Our diverse staff of engineers and other professionals have accumulated a wide range of experience and knowledge: a result of completing thousands of projects throughout North America and beyond.  We carry all of this experience and knowledge forward to the benefit of our client’s current and future projects.
